To back-up its engineering and scientific capabilities and to provide PVD outsourcing, Adionim has built a plant in Cochav Yair (Tzur Yigal industrial zone), about 30 Km of Tel-Aviv.

At this plant Adionim will perform industrial-size production to run and prove its new developed processes, and will give outsourcing services to clients who do not wish to have their own plant or production line.

The most advanced computerized Adionim’s built system provides numerous high quality coating processes on products up to 1.20m x 0.5m (47” x 20”) with a large variety of plating material and substrates.

Physical Vapor Deposition  (PVD)

Adionim is an expert in the thin layer plating such as PVD, CVD, Plasma and more, in a multi disciplinary approach of MPSC (Multi Process in a Single Chamber). This unique capability enables a quick reaction in developing processes, rapid prototyping and erection of production lines based upon Adionim’s developed processes.

As its business focus, Adionim will make efforts to provide solutions to the industry, using ion technology. As a matter of fact, ion technology is a solution that seeks for problems that need to be solved.

Adionim will perform at this plant:

• +  Development of cutting edge thin film coatings processes, using ion technology.
  

• +  Industrial-size production to run and prove its new developed processes, after process and prototype approval.

• +  Provide outsourcing services to clients who use Adionim’s processes and do not wish to have their own plant or production line.

• +   Provide PVD outsourcing to local industry.

The most advanced computerized Adionim’s built system at this plant enables numerous repetitive high quality coating processes on products up to 1.20m x 0.5m (47” x 20”) with a large variety of plating material and substrates.

Photo Lithography:

In addition to plating Adionim’s plant facilities have the capability of producing decorative designs over metallic and non metallic substances. Using Adionim’s lithography processes, pictures and designs can be made of Gold, Titanium, Ceramic compounds and more, on a variety of substrates like Diamonds, Precious stones, Granite, Glass, Ceramics, metals and more.

Pictures can be made from large size mosaic frescos, to miniature sizes smaller than pinhead based on NannoCode technology.
